Yesterday I had a chat with one of my friends on MSN. His major is design. He played rock-and-roll and with long hair.

When we talked about something about love, he said that, every little girl wants her boy friend fight for her while the lady doesn’t. He said, there is a dream in girl’s heart. She want there is a boy who loves her so much and the love can make him fight for her.

Maybe he is right somehow. But I think, fight or not isn’t the way to test the boy loves you or not. 

In my opinion, I don’t want my boy friend fight for me, but I hope he can stand out when there is a fight. 

I don’t want my boy friend fight for me that because I don’t want he gets any hurt.

But I want he can stand out that because I hope he is brave to take everything we meet no matter how it is. 

Some times, the feeling of safety which the man give to the woman comes from the frame of mind or the faith of heart but nor the strong body of man. 

I also remember the things when I was a primary student. Every time my mom and I want to go shopping, I let my dad come along with us, though I never hand in hand with him. So the situation is, my mom and I arm in arm all together walk in the front while my dad was alone and stay after. 

At that time, my father was an army. He was always wearing the service-dress when he stayed with me. So in my heart, I thought, the army can give me the safety. 

Now, my father is not an army, he is old and a little weak. But the safety also does exist. So I understand, the feeling of safety not just comes form the good-look、nice suit or strong body, but the heart. 

The woman needs the man, because the man’s attic faith and the courage can support the woman to live. 

So woman need the man not for fighting but for, depend and love…… 

    In the next 10 days，I will have the screenplay writing lessons. The class today is the first one.

    The teacher is an old man who comes from Germany. I am very happy to see a Germany again. :)  Of course, I attend the class not just because he is a Germany, but I think it is necessary for a director learns something about how to write a film story. He is a little bit obstinacy and strict in a sense. But he was familiar with writing, especially the screenplay writing.

    In the lesson today, I talked about the film ‘Farewell to my Concubine’ and said that after I saw the film, I showed more interesting in China opera. I said I can sing a China opera named ‘Su San Qi Jie’. The teacher wanted to know the story about the ‘Su San Qi Jie’.

    Everyone knows that it is too difficulty to translate the stories in China opera to English. There is an auditor who is the girlfriend of my classmate works as an English teacher in New Oriental. She said it is impossible to translate ‘Su San Qi Jie’. But the problem is, the teacher was so puzzled when you said the name in Chinese. So I had to try to translate it in English. But I just translate it directly, I am not sure it is correct. Maybe it looks funny. Don’t laugh it.:) Is there anyone who’s major is English or good at English can help me to make it better?

    Any way, the good news is, the Germany understood it at last.

 China opera: Susan was sent under escort

    ‘Susan was sent under escort’ is a very famous China opera.

    The opera is from a real story which happened in Hongtong Country of Shanxi province. And Susan, a Chinese girl in the ancient China, was killed by the judge by mistake. But at last her husband told the truth to the world.

    Susan’s original name is Yujie Zhou. She lived in Shanxi province in Ming dynasty. Her parents were all died when she was five years old. After that, she was abducted to a whorehouse. At that time, she changed her family name as Sun. Moreover, she was the third whore in the whorehouse, so she was called ‘three’, just meant ‘san ’in Chinese. So her name was ‘Susan’.

    Susan met a man named Jinglong Wang, whose family has produced public officials for several generations. They all fell in love with each other at the first sight. They swore to each other that they wouldn’t leave till they died. But just at the year they met , Wang didn’t have enough money to live with Susan. So he was chucked out by the procuress.

    After that, the procuress abducted Susan as a concubine to a man named Hong Shen who sold horses. But the man’s wife named Pi had adultery with her neighbor , Ang Zhao. The Pi didn’t want her husband know the story about her and Zhao ,so they killed her husband with poison. They made a false charge against Susan and bribed the judge. So the judge declared that Susan should be killed.

    Susan didn’t kill the man, so she never admitted it. But the police men extracted confession by torturing. Susan was a girl and can’t bear it. She had to admit it unwilling.

    What you heard in the China opera’ Susan was sent under escort’ are the words said by Susan on her way to execution ground. Her wanted somebody tell the truth and the love to her lover ,Jinglong Wang.
